About Neutra-Safe Corporation

Neutra-Safe is the manufacturer of ‘Clearly Superior’ condensate neutralizers, neutralizing condensate pumps, and system feeders for the HVAC industry. Our products safeguard residential drains, sewers, and septic systems as well as municipal treatment facilities from the acidic condensate produced by condensing boilers, water heaters, and furnaces.

Our products are designed, developed, and manufactured ‘with the contractor in mind,’ meaning that they’re easy to install, service, and visually inspect. They’re also environmentally friendly because they’re easy to refill rather than replacing the whole unit and adding the old one to the landfill.

Neutra-Safe is owned by Dottie and Mike Bernasconi and based out of Stoughton, Massachusetts. Our products are available nationwide through our network of distributors.

Clear Tube Condensate Neutralizers

NeutraSafe® tube-style condensate neutralizers are available in six sizes from 220,000 to 2 million BTUH. These patented units feature easy-to-service designs and can be detached without affecting the drain line.

Using only the highest quality materials and components, our recharge kits give you the fastest, easiest way to maintain our condensate neutralization solutions. Just remove the old sock and slide the new kit into your neutralizer tube in seconds.

  • We’ve engineered each kit to make changing our natural Neutra-pH media clean and easy

  • Kits come preassembled in medical-grade socks with stainless steel rings on each end

  • These are non-hazardous, and old media socks can be thrown out with regular household trash
